WRD overseas ERW pipe mill project commissioning work

WRD's overseas ERW pipe mill project equipment has arrived at the project site safely and officially started installation and commissioning work. This marks a new milestone in the project and it is expected to officially put into production at the beginning of next year.

This set of export equipment has the following advantages：

1- FFX forming, breakdown section common roll making over 20 sizes tubes without roller change;

2- Roller Quick change system, which independently developed by our company,will save a lot of time in the production and increase the pipe output ( transmission shaft auto connection and shaft series quick change system);

3-Rollers position fully auto adjustment with ONE-KEY set.

The installation and commissioning work is jointly responsible by the professional technical team sent by WRD and the local cooperative party. The technical team includes several senior engineers from WRD, who are all proficient in the technical points of equipment installation and commissioning. On the site, the team members overcame language barriers, cultural differences, and time zone differences, strictly followed the equipment installation manual and operating procedures, and carried out various tasks in an orderly manner.

According to the project manager, the installation work has been completed by 70% so far, and the overall progress is in line with expectations. The commissioning work has also begun, and the technical team is carefully inspecting and testing each piece of equipment to ensure that it can operate normally and meet the design standards. During the commissioning process, the team also conducted in-depth exchanges and training with local technical personnel to lay a foundation for subsequent production and maintenance.

In order to ensure that the project can be completed on schedule and of high quality, the company attaches great importance to communication and cooperation with local partners.
