This March,WRD's independently developed and manufactured 250 Round-to-Square Pipe Mill has completed all pre-delivery commissioning and is ready for customer deployment. This specialized production line converts round pipes to square pipes, delivering customized solutions tailored to customer production requirements.

The mill processes round pipes with diameters ranging from 88.9mm to 323mm (3.5" to 12.75") and wall thicknesses of 3-9mm into square profiles. Employing continuous forming technology, it achieves efficient shape conversion through multi-pass progressive deformation.

All factory commissioning and operational testing have been successfully completed, with all systems functioning normally and meeting stringent delivery specifications.
