South American Customer Seeking Reformation of API Mill Line

In 3rd January, WRD welcomes its first customers of 2020.
The customer is one of the biggest API steel pipe manufacturer in South America. But their API mill line has been used for about 15 years, with low production efficiency and high energy consumption. With the rapid development of infrastructure construction and petroleum engineering, the demand for steel pipes has increased dramatically. Customers found WRD and want to do API mill line transformation to meet the growing market demand.
The customers visited WRD's workshops and API mill line projects. They were very satisfied with our services and mill lines.

WRD engineer team will arrange the visiting of the customer factory next month, and design customized solutions to meet customer needs, while helping customers make better production efficiency.

WRD has already supplied and installed of over 20 API mill lines over the world in recent years. The mill line adopts the mature, reliable, complete, economic applicable advanced technology, advanced equipment, to ensure product quality, cost, and the consumption indexes reach the advanced level, products have strong competitiveness in quality and price.

WRD mainly include H.F. welded tube mill with pipe OD from 32mm up to 660mm; H.F. H-Beam line; SSAW Ø219mm ~ Ø3020mm spiral tube mill; ZJ350-2200mm slitting line; cold rolling mills. There around 90 sets of tube mills to be manufactured per year and more than 1200 Tonnes of rollers to be produced.
