We are pleased to announce the successful on-site commissioning of a high-precision steel tube straightener for a key client in Southeast Asia. The equipment was installed and comissioned within the scheduled timeframe, overcoming technical challenges smoothly.

Following rigorous testing, the machine achieved outstanding straightness tolerances and a stable production rate , fully meeting the client’s technical parameter. The local operating team also completed a two-day training session on maintenance and control systems.

The function of steel pipe straightener is to correct deformations such as bending or twisting that occur during production, transportation, or use, through mechanical means, restoring the pipe to its straightness and meeting the requirements for flatness in subsequent processing or use. The steel pipe bending is controlled to ≤1 mm/m, meeting the demands of high-precision application scenarios.
