Recently, a delegation of clients from Africa visited WRD's factory for a multiday inspection and exchange visit. During their stay, the clients not only toured our workshops to learn about our manufacturing processes, but also, at our arrangement, traveled to a local steel pipe factory currently using WRD equipment to observe the machines running in real production conditions.

During their visit to our factory, the clients walked through the machining workshop, assembly workshop, and quality control area. They took a close look at the production and assembly details of our core equipment, including ERW tube mills and straighteners. Our engineers gave on-site explanations of the design features, operating points, and maintenance requirements, and answered each technical question raised by the clients. The delegation spoke positively of our well-organized production management and strict quality inspection procedures.

Afterwards, we accompanied the clients to the customer's factory. There, they saw firsthand how WRD equipment performs in a real production environment – the line ran steadily, pipe forming was consistent, and production efficiency met expectations. The clients also exchanged views with on-site staff on daily operation, capacity utilization, and after-sales service. This "see it and touch it" approach gave the clients a more intuitive understanding of the reliability and practicality of WRD equipment.

Both sides held friendly business discussions and exchanged views on future cooperation. The clients said the visit gave them greater confidence in WRD's technical strength and product quality, and they look forward to deeper collaboration in the future.
