As an essential piece of equipment at the front end of any pipe or tube production line, the uncoiler is responsible for holding and smoothly paying off steel coils into the forming process. A reliable uncoiler ensures consistent material flow, reduces downtime, and protects strip edge quality — all critical factors for efficient ERW pipe or OCTG manufacturing.
This particular unit, however, is not a standard model. It was engineered per customer request to handle significantly heavier coils than conventional machines. With reinforced structure, upgraded braking system, and enhanced coil lifting capacity, this uncoiler is built to support higher-volume, higher-productivity operations without compromising safety or stability.
