Dubai factory is one of the largest fire fighting equipment manufacturers in the Middle East. The factory’s core business focuses on design, manufacture, supply for first-class fire fighting pipes, fittings and whole system. In 2014, the factory plan to expend its production capacity, and finally appointed WRD to offer WHFW114 tube mill.

It was very smooth for the technical proposal, preparation, inspection and delivery for the mill line equipment. But after the equipment arrived at the factory, the factory delayed the installation time dateless.

Two years later, the factory asked WRD to help to install the ERW mill line. As the contract stipulated that WRD shall take charge of instruct the installation and adjustment of the ERW mill line run smoothly for free in 3 month after machines arriving buyer’s hand. Since two years have passed, no manufacturer could undertake the installation and commissioning for free in accordance with the contract.

After some discussion, WRD dispatched its installation team to Dubai to install the ERW mill line. As it had been a long time since the mill line produced, some wear parts were out of service. WRD delivered the wear parts to Dubai and with one month work, the ERW mill line run successfully.

Based on WRD ’s concept “Quality First, Customer First”, all the installation and wear parts were without charge.
