Recently, a batch of custom-engineered equipment ordered by a long-standing client successfully completed production, and the client’s delegation visited WRD facility for thorough factory acceptance testing (FAT)
Our engineers were on hand throughout their visit. We ran the machines together, performed all the required function tests, took accurate measurements on key parts, and put together all the paperwork the client needed – from test reports to calibration certificates. Every step was done strictly according to the client’s own acceptance criteria. If they had questions, we answered them on the spot. If they wanted to see a specific operation again, we did it without hesitation.The inspection took a couple of days, and our team made sure everything was clear and transparent. We treat every check with the same seriousness, whether it’s a first‑time buyer or a partner we’ve worked with for years.
