This auto packing machine can bundle steel round pipe, square pipe or ellipse pipe into hexagon or square shape bundles. This machine is suitable for all kinds of workshop arrangement because of the special design of feed-in mechanism and transferring mechanism. It will not cause any scratch on pipe surface during working.

The control system adopts Siemens control system with operation desk. All the pipes are sent from storage platform to transferring mechanism or to speedy collection mechanism. One layer pipes are collected by two separate transmission devices.

The strapping can be manual or automatic, depends on buyer’s option. After the strapping on bundles, lifting and transmission mechanism will put the pipe bundle to storage and moving back to previous place for the next carrying.

According to the production requirements, the workpieces are sent to the storage area in turn, the equipment support arm extends to the designated position → the turner starts to work (the number of actions of the turner is controlled by the counter data) → when the workpiece reaches the programmed number, the inner side stopper Raise →The cladding controller raises the support arm and retracts →The flat head device level the workpiece →The stacker lowers the specified position →The next layer of stacking action is performed.
