Flushing system: Including alignment and flushing functions; pipes are aligned from feeding bench to alignment station by conveying mechanism; a low-pressure centrifugal pump extracts industrial fresh water, connects flushing heads through various valves and pipelines, cleans up the impurities in the steel pipe, and then starts to press them to prevent the residual impurities in the steel pipe from damaging the seals on the equipment;
Fixed and movable test stand: when testing the pressure of the pipe, the sealing device on the test stand will seal the pipe, and the low pressure water filling valve, exhaust valve and high pressure control valve will open or close to realize the pressure test function; separate pressurization will realize the accurate value of the pressure curve one to one.
Sealing test head: using polyurethane radial seal
Clamping device: The cylinder drives the card board to realize the clamping function.
Feeding and discharging device: It is used to convey the rinsed pipe from the standby to the position of the pressure test center, and send the pressure-tested steel pipe out of the working position to realize the function of conveying the steel pipe.
Low-pressure water filling: low-pressure centrifugal pump, water storage tank and various valves are used to transport water from the pool to the pressure test pipe smoothly.
High-pressure water injection: The pressurization cylinder is used to pressurize the steel pipe and stop the pressurization after the pressurization pressure reaches the preset pressure value.
