The project was launched in January 2020, WRD will design and produce the WHFW 76 tube mill with all sets of rollers. This mill line was designed to produce round steel tubes from 19.05mm to 76.20mm, square steel tubes from 15*15 to 60*60 and corresponding rectangular tube with wall thickness of 0.6mm-3.0mm.
This project was expected to be delivered at the end of May, 2020. But due to the outbreak of COVID-19 all over the world, the delivery time delay to August, 2020.
On the basis of good prevention and control measures, the design of WHFW76 tube mill was completed in March to meet the factory’s limited plant length, and the production was started in April. At present, the main sections (forming section, welding section, sizing section) have been assembled, and other parts are under assembling and painting. Full sets of rollers have been produced and packed.
This tube mill will be deliver to India next month.
